Step #2: Eat at regular intervals (may be 2 to 3 hours)

I know you must be feeling it is odd but this is true. Generally when the body doesn't get enough food for long hours, the body gets trained to feel as if there is shortage of food and thus the body to store as much food as possible for longer survival.

Say if you are eating at 8 in the morning and then at 2 and then at 10, the body will feel there is shortage and don't know when the next good will come. It will start storing the current food as fat for longer survival instead of taking the nutrition and giving it to the body to use it.

On the other hand if we keep eating good at 2 to 3 hours, body knows that we are getting food regularly and this should not store food and should use it to building the body. So it keeps building the body. If you check the kids, they keep drinking milk at regular intervals.
